I read every message. If you're reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About) and a short description of what you were doing when it happened.

Is the app really free?

Yes. The entire app and its core functions — scoring, automatic round recognition, your Timeline, Insights, import and export, and iCloud sync — is free for everyone, forever. If you like the app, consider being a Supporter, and unlock cosmetic extras (alternate arrow styles, export designs, and more). That's just a thank-you — nothing about how the app works is ever locked behind it.

Where is my data stored?

On your device, and in your own private iCloud account if you have iCloud enabled. Your training data is alway private. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. Scoring, your Timeline, and Insights all work fully offline. iCloud sync catches up the next time you're online.

How does the app know which round I'm shooting?

Simple Arrows watches the target face you pick and how many arrows you shoot per end, then offers to finish the session as the matching round — so you don't have to choose a format from a list before you start. If it guesses wrong, you're always in control.

I moved to a new iPhone or added an iPad. Will my data sync?

If you're signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud enabled, your sessions sync automatically. Give it a moment on first launch to connect and sync with your iCloud.

I became a Supporter but don't see my unlocks — or I reinstalled the app.

Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Restore Purchases. That re-checks your Apple Account and restores your Supporter status. If it still doesn't appear, email me.

Can I get my data out of the app?

Yes. Simple Arrows exports your sessions as CSV, and individual sessions as a PNG scorecard. It can also import from Rise, Artemis, and Simple Arrows CSV files.
